Cynthia A. Miller, Ph.D.
Director of Curriculum Development

Dr. Miller has 28 years of teaching experience in middle school, high school, and college levels. She has also served as a Faculty Fellow for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Pasadena, CA) developing curriculum to support JPL's missions to classroom teachers. Dr. Miller has made well over 200 international, national, state, and local presentations for professional conferences, teacher groups, astronomy groups, and students. She has been the recipient and manager of numerous program grants, all in the field of teaching and teacher education. She is the author of textbooks and has been awarded numerous honors from the National Mathematics Honor Society, the National Education Honor Society, NASA, the U.S. Navy, and others. Her most recent service includes serving as director of the NEA Delta Institute Math/Science. Prior to joining BestQuest, Dr. Miller was an Associate Professor at Arkansas State University.
